The legal bit

We've written these to be read, not skimmed past. No dense paragraphs, no jargon — just what actually happens when you play.

Privacy Policy

What happens to your information. Short answer: your progress stays on your phone and we never ask who you are.

Terms of Use

The rules for playing. Don’t cheat, don’t sell it, and your score isn’t real money.

What we collect

A straight list of what leaves your phone (a little, for ads) and what never does (everything else).

About the ads

Where ads show up, why there are no banners, and why you never have to watch one.

Delete your data

How to wipe everything the game saved, on Android and iPhone. Takes about a minute.

Child safety

Where we stand, why the game has no chat or uploads, and how to report a concern.

Still not clear? If anything on these pages reads like nonsense or leaves you unsure, that’s our fault, not yours. Email chybesta@gmail.com and we’ll explain it properly — and probably rewrite the page.
